I do not know about you, but right now my life is hectic. With finals coming around the corner along with the holiday seasons, maintaining a healthy lifestyle was not really on my to do list. But I got to thinking about it and honestly I believe it will help me manage all of my stress and anxiety which I know are about to escalate. Time is not a thing that I am fond of, but I plan on changing my perspectives starting today. Instead of letting time control me, I will start controlling it. "How are you going to do that" you might ask? Well, first off, I am going to put my heath on the top of my to-do list. I made a schedule and am attaching it below so you all can see what I am doing to make my days healthier and happier with just a few tweaks while still getting in all I have to do during my crazy days. I hope to inspire you to make healthy life choices and manage your time so that you too can live a better life with me!
